​I provide advice and mentoring to people, teams and organisations wanting to better engage people with lived experience and other community members in work to improve health and social policies and programs.

I also offer mentoring and supervision to lived experience and community advocates seeking to develop their influencing and leadership skills through practice reflection and peer support.

 

I hold significant practice-based expertise in building individual and organisational capability for collaborative ways of working, sometimes known as "co-design" or "co-production".

 

I'm especially skilled in working productively with complex power dynamics and negotiating conflict in a safe and ethical way.
